Meditation tips

Meditation

There are some times in life when you wish you could depend on someone's self improvement advice. Even if they adviced you with good intentions, if something goes wrong, you are always going to blame those people. That is why you should always make your own decisions even though you asked advice from someone.

What is the meditation procedure?

Tip 1: You need to be away from any source of distraction. Such as tv, music or family members. Keep all windows closed to prevent noises from outside. You simply can't analyze your deepest feelings and watch an action movie at the same time.

Tip 2: You need to ask yourself questions that will help you to determine better who you really are. The questions should relate to everyday aspects. Such questions as "What do you like doing?", "What event made you most proud of yourself during your entire life up to this point?", "What is it that you always wanted to do and you never had the time?" and "How important is money in your life?". All these questions will help you determine exactly where you stand and what is it that you want form life. All you have to do is to get the right interpretation of your own replies.

In order to do that, help yourself to a coup of tea or your favorite coffee and take the time to analyze them thoroughly. Mark with a red pen whatever you find pride worthy answers and with a black one the things that do not make you proud.

If you are worried about a certain decision you have made, let all the questions be related to that issue. If you are just confused when asking the questions, think about the most common topics that one has to deal during his or her life.

You will notice that, step by step, the bad things on your list of life will start turning good things. Don't forget to renew the list when most of it has turned into good things! It's the best way to always be aware what your expectations from life are.

With this advice you can easily start getting rid of the bad things in your life, or turnin them into good ones.
